Welcome to ZyPaw! We are committed to getting your premium pet essentials to you quickly and reliably. We understand that your furry friends are waiting, so we work diligently to ensure your items are on their way as soon as possible.
1. General Shipping Information
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers within the United States. We ensure every package is handled with the "Elite Care" that ZyPaw stands for.
2. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:

Domestic: All addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Note: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes to ensure secure and fast delivery of our premium products.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Timelines
We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination, which you can view at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days to process before they are shipped.

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

You can track your package directly through our website's tracking portal.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ZyPaw is dedicated to your satisfaction, but please note:

Lost/Stolen: We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the item and the packaging and contact us at injamamulhossain817@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your address! ZyPaw is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
